The CEO of Theradome has declined to change the policy.
So here we sit counting down the days. I am somewhere near day 105 of Theradome usage. If I had to make a judgement right now I would say the Theradome treatments didn't result in any notable improvement to my hair.
I have no desire to return the product (mostly because I have committed to doing this review for one year), but many of you have voiced a need to get a refund if the Theradome doesn't show results. Based on my experience you have one of two options:
1. Prepare to return the Theradome prior to day 120 and hope for a refund of your purchase price.
2. Forgo the option of returning the Theradome and commit to using the device for the 6 to 9 months it often requires to see results.
