Following its review of the evidence in the case record, ERSP did not object to some general performance claims, but determined that the marketer did not provide adequate support for claims that Theradome will help consumers “… experience thicker and longer hair, a healthier scalp with reduced scalp itching and inflammation. Plus those with curly hair will see enhanced curl retention. After 52 treatments (20 minutes per treatment), the hairs on the top of the head and the vertex will start filling in. After 100 treatments (20 minutes per treatment), fuller and thicker hair will result with continued use.”

It is disappointing to read that Theradome may not have evidence to back up their claims. I find the statement released by this group to be somewhat vague and confusing -- they seem to imply that Theradome is perhaps providing exaggerated or unsubstantiated information but they don't really say what in particular they disagree with. I would be curious to hear from others about their interpretation!

I interpreted it to say that Theradome lacks evidence to back up the majority of their claims.

I tried Theradome for 9 months. No positive results. It caused small round burned areas that scabbed over. They tried to talk me out of returning the unit. I have sent it back and waiting for a refund. Customer service is quick to explain that a refund will take 4-6 weeks. Why?
