....like I said before....you have severely regressed/thinned in the last 3 weeks.....and these pictures just confirm this once more.
I'm not going to lie...it looks like you shed a bit. I think you have an underlying scalp condition. You hair always appears brittle and dry along with your scalp. I am still doing the 3-4 medicated shampoos but started doing them 5 minutes per shower and switching shampoos everyday. I don't do the whole 15 minute per session, but still maintain alternating in that way. Ever since I started this routine with the theradome, my hair quality is incredibly improved. I don't look like I haven't washed my hair by 5 in the afternoon. My hair was like that for years. Shampoo every morning and then oily by afternoon. Not the last month or so. Every interview I see Dr. Hamid in he now says...hair will begin to grow around 4-5 months barring an underlying scalp condition. Trust me use a dermaroller for a few minutes once a week no more. Alternate the shampoos 5 minutes per shower and switch the next day...maybe throw in emu oil to begin to moisturize your scalp and you will see a major difference. Give that a shot I think you will be pleased in a few weeks. I think a consistently moisturized scalp is key for this. Emu oil definitely helps with this along with three or so different medicated shampoos...dermarolling to break up fibrosis. I know you are blogging to show results of the Theradome alone, but the end goal is to get some of your hair back. The theradome will work as long as your scalp is ready. I think you should give it a shot.
To be honest I think my hair looked better prior to ever using any of those shampoos. This previous shed happened right after I added T/Gel and resumed use of Nizoral. I also increased the usage of the Theradome helmet to 5 days a week around that time. For whatever reason I don't think my hair responds well to the chemicals in the medicinal shampoos.
The above suggestion may be in addition to you just going through a shedding cycle. This time of year is when people have a small shed in general. I've had moments of a little thinning last year, but then it got better again.
I only recall one big shed prior to this Theradome stuff. Happened when I was around 21 and my hair line went from filled in to somewhat of a "widows peak" look. The rest of the hair loss seems to have been gradual. Since starting Theradome, and the recommended shampoos, I've had several periods of noticing a lot of hair coming out and being able to see a cosmetic difference in the mirror.
