However, as several people have already experienced, there is more to this policy. Somewhere in your Theradome box is a piece of paper stating that you must register your device on the day it was received to be eligible for the 120 day return policy. I know I didn't take the time to search the box for documentation, and I doubt most of you did either. One of our readers was initially denied the ability to return, but after some complaints the Theradome representative said they would resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction. I have emailed Theradome on a couple of occasions requesting the return policy be changed to reflect the amount of time necessary for the average user to see results. From what I've been told that would be approximately 6 months. I have not received a response to that request. We would like to hear from those who attempted to return the device. Let us know about the experience and if you received a full or partial refund.

Thanks for moving forward w this. Six months is needed, especially for those who are experiencing shedding. They need time to see results...or not. But at least they will have given it a reasonable amount of time, per Theradome's guidelines, and won't feel pressured into returning it "5 minutes before the miracle".

Support: to make it easier for all you may use this comment section to address whether or not customers should expect to see a change in the return policy (number of days , registration requirement). At the moment we have a couple of readers who are satisfied with the results they see , but the majority are either seeing no results or believe their shedding / thinning has increased with the Theradome usage. People are being told to be patient and give the device 6 to 9 months. It would be fair for the return policy to match that suggested period of use.

But you don't respond. You did not even respond to the blog owner here. There are many posters in the discussion sites that have not got answers from you. I read at Hairloss Help site that someone is going to meet your owner to have questions answered. But he looks like he already works for you. Sorry if I suspicious Blog Admin.
