I have completed 29 sessions (9.6 hours) of Theradome laser treatments. At this point I still can't say if I've benefited from using the device. I plan to have a haircut this week.

I have been using nizoral 2% off and on for the last 8yrs. I have always applied it and left it on for about 5 minutes while in the shower and noticed nothing different with my hair, it wasn't making it any better but who knows maybe it was helping it with keeping it steady or slowing it down. Recently about 2 weeks ago I decided I should try to leave it on my scalp longer and see what happens, I been leaving it on 20 minutes and never payed attention to shedding until last night when I applied it for 20 minutes and let me tell you, I had a massive shed! Guess that wasn't the best idea lol, are u still applying it twice a day for 5 minutes?

Hi holly, I've been using that also. I keep it on max 10 mins depending on my shower and find if u leave it on longer too- it does caused more shed. I alternate every 3rd day with it, and in between use regenepure- which is the same idea but not as harsh. U may want to try that too? Good luck

I use it once or twice each week and leave on for approx 3 to 5 minutes. My hair and scalp doesn't seem to like it , so I keep the usage at a minimum.
