I don't want to sound defeatist, but the Theradome didn't work for me. I originally had my trial period extended to November giving me a good 10 month trial period of using it 3 times a week in conjunction with Nizoral. Around the 7th month I added Minoxidil to the mix and finally saw a big decrease in the number of hairs I was losing and a small spot on the back of my head began to fill a bit. I was convinced the changes were due to the Minoxidil (maybe both?) but I wanted my $695 back and Theradome did honor their money back guarantee.

I've been following your blog since the beginning and I had high hopes for you and everyone using the helmet. I really want to thank you for your time and effort in educating us and taking us with you on your journey through the year. I've learned a lot from reading your posts and also saved myself money from buying the Theradome. I decided to use minoxidil about 7 months ago and I'm glad I did. Minoxidil is the only thing I could say actually works, you just need a lot of patience. Again thank you for your time and dedication.

Almost a year and a half ago about 50 percent of my hair fell out. The minoxidil has unbelievably made my hair thicker. I looked really ill with my thin hair and like you with theradome I held my breath but I can't believe the results I have had with the minoxidil. I am still holding my breath because I am assuming these hairs will leave like a candle in the wind and I regret not doing a blog but I really did not believe it would work. Have you tried minoxidil ?
