Seems I'm still experiencing quite a bit of shedding in the front. To me it now appears visibly thinner in photos. This particular thinning session started a month or so back...around the time I increased Theradome treatments to 5 times per week.
Red marks are from the Theradome helmet. I had completed a treatment several minutes before these photos were taken.

Last week somebody requested a collage of photos showing the frontal region of my hair. This contains on average 1 photo per month of Theradome use. Several months back I posted this collage showing a sample of photos from weeks 1 through 15. Here's an updated photo showing a sample of weeks 20 - 38. This a comparison to a photo taken after a haircut in May (Left). That cut was a bit shorter than the most recent. .
Recently I have noticed a bit of shedding in the front. Looking in the mirror the front appears thinner than prior to starting the Theradome treatments. Not sure if that is true, but it certainly appears that way. It's safe to say it's not a good sign when after 37 weeks of LLLT (Theradome usage) there is debate on if the hair looks worse than before. I have decided to scale back my use of the Theradome to two treatments per week.
The majority of those who I have kept in touch with since the beginning are in a similar situation. A few think their hair has worsened, a few others think they may see some improvement and the rest see no notable change. In my opinion none have experienced anything to the scale of what Theradome claims on Theradome.com |
